Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Muslimworldplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About the Platform
Muslimworldplace is a marketplace that connects Muslim buyers and sellers worldwide. Products can be bought and sold within your continent. Services can be offered and hired globally.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. Your username can be changed one time only — choose it carefully. Sharing account credentials or operating multiple accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Listings & Content
All listings are subject to moderation. Products and services must comply with Islamic principles and must not include haram items, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal under applicable law. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines without prior notice.
5. Communication Before Purchase
Buyers and sellers are required to communicate via the built-in chat before completing a purchase. This ensures both parties agree on the product details, shipping method, delivery timeline, and total cost. Do not proceed with a purchase without first chatting with the seller.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers. Sellers should check their local shipping options and pricing before listing a product, so they can provide accurate delivery estimates to buyers.
You can also choose your own method to ship the package if recommended options are too expensive or for other reasons. In such cases, the seller must clearly communicate the shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time to the buyer via chat before the purchase is made.
Muslimworldplace is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Any shipping disputes must be resolved between the buyer and seller directly.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed. Because Muslimworldplace is a marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers, we do not control the quality, condition, or delivery of products and services. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of each case and is evaluated individually.
A refund may be considered if:
- The product received is significantly different from the listing description.
- The product arrives damaged and the buyer provides photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product was never delivered and the seller cannot provide proof of shipment.
A refund will not be issued if:
- The buyer simply changed their mind after purchase.
- The product matches the listing description but the buyer is unsatisfied with the quality.
- The buyer failed to communicate with the seller before purchasing.
- The delivery address provided was incorrect.
- The buyer does not respond to resolution attempts within 7 days.
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Muslimworldplace will review the case and mediate between buyer and seller. The final decision rests with Muslimworldplace. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.
8. Payments
All product and service payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider. Muslimworldplace acts as the marketplace intermediary between buyers and sellers: buyer payments are collected through the platform and released to sellers according to the order completion and confirmation process. Muslimworldplace does not store payment card details. Muslimworldplace charges a 10% service fee on each completed transaction, and applicable payment processing fees may also be deducted. Seller payouts are calculated from the item or service sale amount after these fees. Shipping costs are agreed between the buyer and seller and handled externally. Never send product or service payments outside Muslimworldplace, as doing so voids platform protections.
When a product order is marked shipped or completed by the seller, or a service order is marked completed by the Employee, the buyer has 7 days to confirm that the seller completed the product order or that the Employee completed the service task. If the buyer does not confirm or raise a dispute within 7 days, the order may be automatically marked completed and eligible for payout.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Muslimworldplace:
- Listing haram products (alcohol, pork products, interest-based financial products, etc.).
- Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation of products or services.
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users.
- Creating fake accounts.
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees by transacting outside the platform.
- Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
10. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must accurately describe their products and services. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and must ship products within the timeline agreed upon with the buyer. Sellers must respond to buyer messages within a reasonable time. Failure to fulfill orders or repeated complaints may lead to account suspension.
11. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must chat with the seller before making a purchase to confirm product details, shipping method, and cost. Buyers must provide an accurate delivery address. Upon receiving a product, buyers should inspect it promptly and report any issues within 48 hours. Buyers must act in good faith and not abuse the refund or dispute process.
12. Limitation of Liability
Muslimworldplace is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, store, or ship any products. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any product or service listed on the platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through the platform's chat. If no resolution is reached, either party may contact Muslimworldplace support. We will review the case and make a final decision. Our decision is binding and final. We reserve the right to hold or release funds based on the outcome of the dispute.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Muslimworldplace platform — including the logo, design, and branding — is the property of Muslimworldplace. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant Muslimworldplace a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
15. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Muslimworldplace, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
